+# Claims Page Creation Guidelines
+
+## Image Selection Criteria
+
+When creating claims pages, **ONLY** include images that meet ALL of the following criteria:
+
+### Required Image Characteristics:
+1. **White background** - The base color must be white
+2. **Black text** - Text should be primarily black
+3. **Red accent colors** - Red used for:
+   - Symbols
+   - Headlines
+   - Accent elements
+   - Highlighting
+4. **Gray tones** (optional) - May include gray for secondary elements
+
+### Image Types to EXCLUDE:
+- ❌ Photographs
+- ❌ Screenshots of interfaces
+- ❌ Images with colored backgrounds (blue, green, etc.)
+- ❌ Images with multiple colors beyond white/black/red/gray
+- ❌ Promotional graphics
+- ❌ Product images
+- ❌ Social media graphics with non-standard color schemes
+
+### Image Types to INCLUDE:
+- ✅ Process diagrams with white background, black text, red accents
+- ✅ Flow charts matching the color scheme
+- ✅ Statistical infographics with white/black/red design
+- ✅ Framework visualizations in the specified colors
+- ✅ Text-heavy diagrams with proper color scheme

+## Implementation Process:
+
+1. **Fetch article** using WebFetch
+2. **Review all images** in the article
+3. **Filter images** - Only download those matching the exact criteria above
+4. **If no suitable images found** - Create claims page without images
+5. **Add images to claims page** in the Supporting Evidence section
+6. **Include CSV download** with structured claim data
+
+## Quality Checklist:
+- [ ] Background is pure white
+- [ ] Text is primarily black
+- [ ] Red is used only for accents/highlights/symbols
+- [ ] No photographs included
+- [ ] No screenshots of software interfaces
+- [ ] Image is text-heavy and informational
+- [ ] Image adds value to understanding the claims
+
