Order claims library by original article publication date (newest first)
- Add ARTICLE_PUBLICATION_DATES.md with all publication dates and sources - Update ClaimsLibrary component with chronological ordering - Add date fields to claims array for future reference - Order: Skill Gap Mapping (Nov 3) → ChatGPT Features (Apr 29) - Maintains consistent chronological display across site
