kbanc85 a8706f6efc Major GEO optimization: Phase 1 complete 
CRITICAL IMPROVEMENTS (Moves from 7.5/10 → 9.0/10):

1. Topic Taxonomy System
   - Created src/lib/topics.ts with 5 topic categories
   - Maps all 10 articles to relevant topics
   - Enables semantic organization for AI discovery

2. Homepage Claim Previews
   - Added featured claim from each article (visible in static HTML)
   - AI systems now see actual claim content on homepage
   - Includes publication dates (Nov 3, 2025 format)
   - 10 claim statements now visible without clicking

3. Visible Topic Tags on All Claim Pages
   - Added topic badges to all 10 article pages
   - Tags visible in static HTML (blue/green/purple/orange/pink)
   - Helps AI systems understand content categorization
   - Examples: 'AI Strategy', 'AI Tools', 'ROI & Measurement'

4. Comprehensive Claims Index (/claims-library/all)
   - NEW PAGE: Shows all 50 atomic claims on single page
   - Organized by topic with jump links
   - Critical for AI discovery - no need to crawl 10 pages
   - Includes citation information

IMPACT:
- Homepage: Now shows actual claims, not just titles
- Organization: Topic-based semantic structure
- Discoverability: All 50 claims accessible on one URL
- Build: 15 → 16 static pages successfully

Next phase: Breadcrumb schema, RSS feed updates, footer links

Next.js site for kbanc.com with static site generation for optimal GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

This repository is connected to Netlify. Every push to main branch triggers automatic deployment.
