kbanc85 e536fbea15 Add live stats bar with calculated metrics 
Added a prominent stats bar at the top of the homepage displaying real-time calculated metrics from the claims library data.

Features:
- Calculates all stats at build time from actual data
- Shows: articles count, total claims, avg tokens, optimal percentage
- Displays validation status and last update time
- Fully responsive with progressive disclosure
- Updates automatically on every build

Stats displayed:
- 24 articles (total article count)
- 120 claims (total atomic claims)
- ~15 avg tokens (calculated average across all claims)
- 95% optimal length (% of claims in 14-16 token range)
- ✓ Validated (build validation status)
- Updated X days/weeks ago (time since latest article)

Implementation:
- src/lib/stats.ts: Utility functions for calculating all metrics
- src/components/StatsBar.tsx: Responsive stats bar component
- Positioned at very top of page for immediate visibility
- Subtle styling (muted background, small text)
- Monospace font for token counts (precision signal)

Responsive behavior:
- Mobile: Core stats (articles, claims, tokens)
- Tablet (sm): Adds separators
- Desktop (md): Shows optimal percentage
- Large (lg): Full stats with validation and timestamps
