featured-claim, project-preview, matrix scenes). New /lab page with
interactive project cards. Markdown-for-agents system generates .md
versions of all pages at /md/ paths with MdToggle in nav.
Post-launch polish: denser 44x100 grid (was 32x80), terminal chrome on
both panels, oracle input always visible below sim, cursor tracking fix.

Two bugs: (1) useFluidSim's effect ran before the <pre> ref was available
because the mounted gate rendered a placeholder without the ref. Split into
FluidSimInner child component that only mounts after the DOM is ready.
(2) ASCII renderer thresholds were too high - density 0.01-0.2 produced
colored spaces (invisible). Use explicit thresholds aligned with the color
gradient and bump ambient source intensity for visible activity on load.

Complete site redesign: dark terminal aesthetic with JetBrains Mono, Navier-Stokes
ASCII fluid simulation hero, terminal-style page layouts across all routes. Added
llms.txt for AI discoverability, AI crawler directives in robots.txt, and
structured data schemas (WebSite, FAQPage, ItemList, BreadcrumbList, Article).
Removed 22 unused shadcn/ui components and 26 npm packages (36% dep reduction).

Root cause: AI models don't know "today's date" and were defaulting to 2024
Changes:
1. Update extract-article-data.ts to accept RSS pubDate parameter
2. Format RFC 2822 dates from RSS feed to YYYY-MM-DD
3. Pass formatted date directly in AI prompt instead of asking for "today's date"
4. Update auto-add-new-articles.ts to pass pubDate from RSS feed
5. Correct 3 existing articles with wrong dates:
- ai-market-research-cfo-scrutiny: 2024-02-14 → 2025-11-10
- leaders-using-ai-daily-scale-3x-faster: 2024-02-13 → 2025-11-10
- team-stopped-questioning-ai: 2024-02-13 → 2025-11-07
Result:
- Future articles will have accurate publication dates from RSS feed
- No longer depends on AI model's knowledge cutoff
- Falls back to system date if RSS feed date is invalid
